2 (8 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat the grill for high heat. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cream cheese and mushrooms. Beat thoroughly. This will act like a yogurt mixture, so you can treat it like a creamer.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Italian-style diced tomatoes, flour, salt and seasoning. Smooth flour mixture into cream cheese mixture with fingertips. Season with additional flour if desired. Serve hot or cold.
I gave it 4 stars because it was nice but I would double the cream cheese and broth. I like more sauce with my bread.
