1 cup ground nuts
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 3/4 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon lavender extract
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spread baking sheets out on nonstick baking pans.
In a large bowl, mix together nuts, butter oil, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin pie spice and lavender extract. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9x9 inch baking pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely.
