1 cup yellow mustard
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup tomato cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a small bowl, mix yellow mustard, vinegar, sugar, tomato cider vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, distilled white vinegar and dry mustard.
Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken and stir for about 3 minutes; remove from heat.
Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oregano and salt; mix together and bring mixture to a boil.
Add 3 tablespoons tokin sauce mixture to skillet, stirring constantly. Cook over medium high heat until sauce is thickened (about 15 minutes).
Transfer chicken to a large serving dish. Spoon sauce mixture over chicken; serve heated.
