1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon gelatin and boiling water. Allow the mixture to stand about 5 minutes.
Fold the mixture into the chilled jar of gelatin, and seal. Bottle into small containers.
Refrigerate the remaining gelatin until necessary for making lemonade.
