Loaded Baked Ham II Recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces seasoned dry bread stuffing mix

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

3/4 teaspoon dried minced onion

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 3/4 inch deep dish pizza pan.

Place seasoned dry bread stuffing mix in a small bowl. Mix with oil, mustard, olive oil and mustard vegetables; place browned mix on top, cover and refrigerate overnight. Store leftover meat in freezer.

While filling is chilling, prepare ham with stuffing mixture. Remove ham from refrigerator and stuffed with browning mixture. Place stuffed ham in deep dish pie pan and refrigerate overnight. Fill again with stuffing mixture and place on top of stuffing. Cover bottom and sides of pie pan with remaining stuffing mixture.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil from pan and cook 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Cover pie and let sit 1 hour. Remove foil and place on rack to cool completely.
