2 cups butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
2 cups fresh frozen grape juice concentrate
8 yellow waxed paper-thin rounds
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy; set aside. Stir in lemon gelatin mix and grape juice concentrate. Pour over dessert set in a 2-quart mold in small glass container.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes and allow to cool slightly. Cool completely and freeze in refrigerator. If desired, cut into squares and store in plastic container for 10 minutes.
