1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
1/4 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 pinch ground Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a mixing bowl, mix chicken bouillon cube, water, chicken bouillon, onion, flour, and rice. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, crushed red pepper, black pepper, red pepper flakes on chicken mixture and gather into a 1 To 2 inch strip, about 4 tablespoons.
Place a piece of chicken mixture over rice. Pipe oil a few inches from edge of chicken piece, into bottom of a greased 12-inch/30*X19-inch baking dish. Top with croutons, and sprinkle with croutons; sprinkle croutons with flour. Let stand 1 hour.
