Asparagus Salad IV Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

6 cloves garlic, sliced

1/2 small onion, sliced into small wedges

1/4 cup shallots, sliced

1/8 cup butter, melted

1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced

3 cups water

Directions

Add oil and garlic, saute for 5 minutes. Mix onions and shallots; color with butter and plum jam.

Add water. Ladle mixture into bowls. Cut upon reaching about 2 cup cups.
