1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cups cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mash sugar and eggs together. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly, then pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until set and lightly browned. Cool, and refrigerate in refrigerator for several hours. Serve with sliced cherry or cherries for dipping.
It was very dry.
