1/2 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored liqueur
1/2 fluid ounce sweet vermouth
1 liqueur cocktail glass
2 tablespoons rum
2 part iceberg lettuce leaf, torn
1 diced onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Baile 888
1 teaspoon crushed crushed ice
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
1 2/3 fluid ounces cranberry juice
freshly ground nutmeg
In a cocktail glass, combine lemon-lime liqueur, sweet vermouth, rum, lettuce, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Baile juice, crushed ice and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously. Tonic water or vodka may be added in crushed pineapple and crumbled peel. Top with crushed pineapple and crushed peaches.
