1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon quick cooking mixed used black or oil for baking
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (e.g. Linda McCartney)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, used for baking, and vegetable oil. Mix in salt and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter.
Pour batter into a 10 inch pie pan and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven. Cool completely before frosting. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve on warmed flatcakes.
