1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped celery
5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, green onion, celery, mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil and marjoram. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
Return mixture to medium bowl; toss with remaining cream cheese mixture and celery mixture.
Dissolve oregano, basil, marjoram and basil in 1 cup vegetable stock. Sprinkle over tomato mixture.
Remove roll from refrigerator. Mix with vegetable mixture and spread over salad.
