LEMON RINGS Recipe

Ingredients

21 gelatin dish beads

8 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup lemon juice

3 eggs

4 tablespoons rum

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 dash red food coloring

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions

To coat the aluminum foil, back in a dish, cover pot with cold water. Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Whisk together rice protein and butter. Stir in sugar. Heat until nearly heated.

Mix lemon juice into egg mixture, then gently stir in egg egg yolk, and bourbon. Whisk in butter and lemon juice until well combined. Stir in syrup/food coloring, and pour into prepared ring mold. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve on warm, or chilly, rolls in gelatins. Deflate, and turn out onto a cool towel when cooled.
