2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 (1 ounce) package cornstarch mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll out sausage or other long cuts of meat so that cheese is thoroughly melted.
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, cornstarch mix, baking powder and oil. Stir in butter and flour. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl and stir in ricotta cheese and onion. Pour filling into prepared pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into 1/2 inch squares.
