1 cup celery juice
1 cup finely diced onion
1 cup finely diced celery, quartered
1 cup finely chopped celery, quartered
1 cup diced red bell pepper
2 (4 ounce) cans sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cups sliced almonds
1 (1 ounce) envelope vanilla flavored yogurt
In a large pot, combine celery juice, onion, celery, bell pepper, black olives, green olives, red onion, celery, almonds and yogurt. Cover and simmer over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
