I decided to make this recipe after I received a call from a customer requesting a hamburgers with mac and cheese. I did not think it necessary adding garlic, but I might later. I did add a small pinch of garlic powder, and will do so again. I ended up putting the whole amount in (after replacing the sour cream & cheese with Maytag® Burgers and Febreze. My hamburger was tender-cut and needed some drying, but this was not enough. If I made it more than a day, I would have realized the error and changed the proportions. My batter was quite thick, so maybe next time I will add another can of mushroom soup. Will make this again!
