1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup minced onion
1 pound pork chops
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried sage
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat, saute onion in oil 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir in pork chops and salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.
