Slow Cooker Pork Chop SAUDI Recipe


1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup minced onion

1 pound pork chops

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 teaspoon dried sage

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper


Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat, saute onion in oil 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir in pork chops and salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.

I added orange zest and juice of one orange. After the chutney had cooked, I lightly toasted the bread, then added a little nutmeg, and added a dash of cinnimon. My husband didn't really care for the patty, but he loved the spices and thought it was a nice change. Definitely a good starting point if I make these again.
