1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
2 cups pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups chopped peaches, pitted, seeded and sliced
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
In a large bowl, combine gelatin, pineapple pulp, pumpkin, eggs, vanilla extract and peaches. Stir until gelatin is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Pour into pie crust. Chill before serving.
I loved this recipe! It was so easy and it was great with the ginger beer. Crunchy Nut brownies! And nice and smooth.
