1 pound sausage
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package instant Italian-style cream cheese
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes or until evenly brown and crumbled. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Spread tomato sauce over sausage and sprinkle with sour cream. Spread remaining tomato sauce over sausage, leaving a 1/3 square.
Mix together with a fork and scoop mixture into a plastic mold, each mold 10 inches in diameter. Pour mixture onto one plate.
Pour cream cheese over sausage and sprinkle over pasta. Cover and refrigerate to chill.
