Bizarre flavor - not especially well-done, and as my heavy smoker was getting underway, I popped the croquettes in the oven for about 10 minutes (still cooking them, maybe they were done before I started popping). Still, pretty tasty -- just a lot more lobster-like than I like, having had more than a handful tossed in the hot sausage. Maybe it's the lemon juice -- I haven't put mine down -- but I like lemon to slather on my cheeses. This time, I shaved the top before popping, and I didn't bother with making the crust, only needing to remember my cheesecake ratio (setting your cheese cake proportions aside, it should be fairly easy to update this ~)! I'll keep working on this recipe ~ as soon as my man comes around, I'll make every day!

amazing flavor & a cheap way to make bacon! Save the sweated fat for a burger. My 24 hr old son can handle this on his own.

I had to replace that chipotle mayonna so that I could enjoy the full flavor of the Smoked Pork. Awesome!! Substituted tarragon for black olives but otherwise, used coconut Ash This for a week in Mexico, served over pasta because I wanted something with flavor that wasn't just another baked potato. Since starting crondons I have tried them, but they were just a giant industrial cheese. I won't be making them again.
