11 large celery, quartered
3 1/2 pounds onions, quartered
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons dried marjoram, crushed, or to taste
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 pounds kielbasa sausage, cubed
1 medium onion, halved
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
Place celery, onions and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until celery is tender. Stir in marjoram, salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil and thyme.
Stir celery mixture into onions and peppers with tongs until just moistened. Gradually stir in kielbasa and red pepper. Reduce heat to low.
Stir celery mixture into the celery mixture, stirring often, until well blended. Season with rosemary and mix thoroughly.
Spread over the bottom of greased, 12x8 inch (20x10 inch) baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
