1 1/2 cups cocoa
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons the rind of two orange rinds
1/2 teaspoon orange juice
2 tablespoons triple cream of orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Heat 4 tablespoons butter with the cocoa and cream of orange.
In a medium bowl, cream 1 2 orange rinds and 1 tablespoon orange juice. Beat in the sugar and vinegar until blended. Serve hot or cold.
