4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese with orange juice
14 ounces chicken or chicken sausage - warm or cold
1 onion, peeled and diced
7 ounces spaghetti sauce
sesame tarragon to taste
Sesame seeds to taste
In a medium bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese with orange juice, chicken or chicken sausage, onion, spaghetti sauce and tarragon. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
Heat an 8x8 inch roasting dish with non-stick spraying spray to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Light oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry mushrooms, Italian sausage or bacon in pan drippings 2 minutes each. Pour mushrooms evenly over patties, then spoon mixture over mushroom mixture, ending with the pepper.
Cover roasting dish with foil and remove from oven. Place on bag with foil and let stand 3 hours, turning twice, before returning to oven.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 8x8 inch baking pans.
Remove mushroom mixture from roasting dish. Stir in sausage, onions, Pan sauce, tarragon and sesame seeds. Cover roasting dish and place in oven.
Bake meat patties in preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours. Remove meat from roasting dish and place on hot baking sheet (broiling tips wise), if desired. Bake patties 10 minutes before yielding.
