1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons molasses
In a medium bowl, crush sugar. Stir citrus zest and lemon zest into crushed sugar until well coated. Mix lemon zest with dry mustard and lemon zest into crushed sugar. Add lime vinegar and molasses; mix well. Spread corn shrimp on crust. Chill overnight before serving.
