1 (1 ounce) can nonfat evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups chilled rum
In a glass bowl, combine nonfat evaporated milk, cocoa powder, sugar and egg yolks and beat until light and frothy. Stir in vanilla. Add rum and stir thoroughly. Pour into glasses airtight.
