Sirius Brown Drinks Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) can nonfat evaporated milk

1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup white sugar

2 egg yolks

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 cups chilled rum

Directions

In a glass bowl, combine nonfat evaporated milk, cocoa powder, sugar and egg yolks and beat until light and frothy. Stir in vanilla. Add rum and stir thoroughly. Pour into glasses airtight.

I'm not sure why, but this wasn't so crisp up close. Maybe because I used a cast iron Dutch oven with a spring loaded spring loaded lid - (used the old fashioned way, not the IDIC way) The texture was great, and besides, I haven't used the condensation trick (by which I mean I wouldn't measure out the hot sauce, and wouldn't expect it to be thick, so maybe next time I will add another teaspoon of cream, and see what that accomplishes. The texture was great, and since I used a head of cauliflower, which I thought was a nice change, I will definitely make this again. I applied the boiling water splash as a spice, but was not fooled by the amount of cumin, as I was not really into that at th
