1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chinese food seasoning
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon herb-based dry mustard
In a small mixing bowl, mix ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Chinese food seasoning, orange zest, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Place mixture into a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, browning well, and removing any brown spots on all sides of the dish.
Remove chicken from pan and place in a large resealable plastic bag; cover, and seal. Remove chicken from marinade, and toss with warm water.
Place hot chicken in a resealable plastic bag; cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before cooking.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Remove chicken from marinade, and place on grill about 10 minutes per side to sear the chicken and flake.
Remove chicken from grill and saute for about 5 minutes on each side.
