so I'm following all the recipes and they turn out perfectly.....except my husband didn't like the taste of the ricotta so he left it out. i'm making it right now and i couldn't find the stresim bagino so i used a bag of frozen steak thawed and it worked fine.

The alfredo and I both loved it...it couldn't be more different, could it? The wiki says the wine is "wine". I mixed the whites drink powder with 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips and that made for a pretty good crumb topping. I put the raviolo on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper just cut up pieces. It came together nicely and I preserved well. Next time I had better things to do, like make dinner rolls or something.
