1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup frozen cherries, thawed
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup vanilla wafers
In a small bowl, combine cream, cherries, lemon juice, juice, and juice from 1 lemon juiced
FILL a medium bowl with lemon juice, 3/4 cup of the creme de creme, and crumble the 1/2 lemon rind. Pour over cherries and fruit. Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors.
