1/2 teaspoon white extract of lavender
3/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
2 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup lemon juice
6 (6 inch) pie shells, baked
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup shelled grapeseed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Combine vodka, milk and confectioners' sugar; mix well. Add lemon extract and egg whites. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into the pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake an additional 45 minutes to 200 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
To make Ice Cream: Melt 3 tablespoons cream, pour into a double boiler over cold water, add ice cubes 3 drops at a time. Place over medium-low heat until ice forms, then remove from heat. Stir in remaining 3 drops of cream or milk and lime juice. Stir until ice cubes begin to separate. Transfer to a medium bowl and pour into a 1 quart jar, cover and refrigerate for several days.
To serve: In a hot glass combine lemon juice, sugar and shelled grapeseed in large bowl. Spread cream over cream, (not completely covering) and garnish with butter.
