1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 (1 pound) whole chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and seasoning salt, onion, and mushrooms in butter until almost done; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
