2 (3.4 ounce) packages frozen light processed fruit cocktail mix
2 cups orange juice
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cups milk
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup hot water
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Prepare the pineapple juice: add 2 1-gallon limes, 1 1-ounce light green beans, 1 tablespoon melted fat, and 1 tablespoon water.
Heat the orange juice in a microwave-safe bowl over medium-high heat. Stir in the water and mix until smooth. Stir in gelatin or cream of coconut. Pour over fruit mixture. Stir in instant pudding mix and hot water. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add beaten eggs. , and pour into prepared serving dish. Top with whipped topping.
