1 pound ground beef
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed vegetable soup
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
water as needed
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) package frozen sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup margarine
Season meat with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk together soup and cinnamon in a blender or mortar. Process in a food processor.
Prepare pork with broth, salt and pepper. Heat and simmer 45 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and tender. Reserve liquid. Simmer onion and mushrooms with reserved broth. Heat and simmer 5 minutes more. Transfer to a large pot over medium heat.
Cook onion and mushrooms in liquid for 5 minutes. Increase heat to high and add salt and pepper, when desired, to taste. Serve with reserved meat.
