1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, rice, buttermilk, olive oil, celery, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, dill and sugar. Stir in the salt, mustard and pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
