1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup ground pork
1 (12 fluid ounce) can beef broth
3 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix beef, pork, broth, ground black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, milk and bread crumbs. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and stir in eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, Parmesan and salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
