pretty good, but use oven ready lasagna noodles. TRY as best you can, but I found that if I left out the garlic, this was still pretty good. I used 2 packages of garlic powder, mixed it with water and put into the batter. Use oven ready lasagna noodles, and let it rise in the oven. After 24 hours, drained and air dried, weighed, and expressed to count. NO bueno. Chunks of fruit and veggies thrown in at the end. it was tasty but not for everyone.
