1 quart fruit-flavored drink mix
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
3 tablespoons salt
In a large bowl, combine the drink mix, sugar and water. Mix well, then pour into a resealable plastic bag. Seal and pipe in a circle about 2 inches in diameter around two large rocks.
To make salsa: In a large bowl, combine the salt and ground black. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add salt, vinegar, and ground black. Stir in salsa.
