1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
ground black pepper to taste
In a small bowl, combine salt, water, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Mix well and cover inside metal bowl tightly.
Prepare container with cold water; shake well, adjust temperature to taste.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until quiche thermometer reaches 212 degrees F (112 degrees C).
