1 egg
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup water
1 cup rolled oats
3 cups almost-mint chocolate chips
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup melted or instant chocolate
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon Water, and salt. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Blend in flour, 3/4 cup water, and 1 cup dry oats. Stir in chocolate and confectioners' sugar. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish, and sprinkle the chocolate pieces evenly over the top, and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the popcorn and salt. In a small bowl, stir the oats mixture together with the raisins, then the popcorn mixture for garnish.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Unfrost, and bake until firm, about 36 to 40 minutes.
