1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
1/3 cup key lime juice
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
3 egg whites
In a large bowl, combine juice and flour and stir until smooth. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, water, and egg whites. Whisk until smooth then pour mixture into pie shell. Chill before serving.
