1 pint vanilla ice cream
3 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cups water
4/5 cup evaporated milk
4 tablespoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, combine ice cream, eggs, sugar, boiling water, evaporated milk and 2 tablespoons sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Stir in vanilla extract and vanilla pouch until all ingredients have been thoroughly combined. Homemade ice cream can be made up to 1 hour in advance.
