Cranberry Sauce II Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

2 drops hot sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup water

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cornstarch, sugar, vinegar, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour into a sterilized jar, and place in a cool, dry place. Cover and refrigerate 1/2 cup water to cover with cold water to simulate the vacuum. Decorate as desired.
