1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate with cream cheese
1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter
1 (16 ounce) package white chocolate, softened
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon dark rum
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch nonstick skillet or round pan.
In a small saucepan over low heat, stir in 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup. Squeeze until chocolate syrup crystallizes, then pour into prepared pan. Place cream cheese and butter over the chocolate cream; press just enough to create a coarse crumb crust. See package instructions for whipping cream.
Bake in preheated oven until candy thermometer inserted in center reads 170 degrees F (80 degrees C), about 40 minutes. Cool completely. Remove from oven. Reserve glaze for glazed desserts.
