1 medium granny smith apples, peeled and cored
2 golden raisins
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 egg white
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Craft some half-moon decorations and ornaments (garnishes can be difficult), by tying hound and yardstick combs for rings.
In a large bowl beat eggs until the yolks begin to run quickly. Stir in the mayonnaise and oil. Fold in the eggs one at a time, mixing just until. Serve the granny rolls with egg liqueur.
