1 (18.25 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 (2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
2 (3 ounce) packages instant whipped topping
1 1/2 cups butter cookies
1 (8 ounce) container frozen fruit concentrate
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line pie crusts with aluminum foil.
In a large mixing bowl, mix apple pie filling, instant vanilla pudding mix, milk, whipped topping, egg and fruit. Fill pastry shell with fruit mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool before serving.
