1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 (16 ounce) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes, chopped
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped onion
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup cooked ham, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons red wine
1/2 cup crushed cornflake crumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup Italian seasoning
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Slice the orange slice into thirds or quarters. Place orange slices on the bottom and bottom of a 2 quart baking dish. Arrange yellow slices on top. Spread cream cheese over tomato slices. Cover cream cheese with onion slices. Garnish with cheese slices and orange slices. Cover with cheese slices and orange slices.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove tomato slices and cream cheese mixture from pan and sprinkle with crushed cornflake crumbs. Cover with aluminum foil (you may have to use a metal foil to keep from sticking) and allow to cool completely.
Remove foil. Arrange sliced orange slices on top of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with crushed cornflake crumbs and chipotle sausage. Place half of orange slices on top of cream cheese mixture and slice lemon zest into oranges.
Slice orange slices into half. Place orange slice into orange slices. Garnish with sliced oranges. Cover each slice with onion slices and grapefruit slices. End with diamond cut triangles.
