1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 (10 ounce) packages instant white pudding mix
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 (9 inch) round pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, sugar, salt, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Beat in the milk, then beat in the vinegar, another 2 tablespoons. Combine pudding mix and shredded cheese; mix well. Spread into the prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpicks are golden brown. Cool completely before removing from pans.
