1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 teaspoons celery salt
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add milk, 1 small yellow onion, white sugar and eggs; reduce heat to low, continuing to stir as needed for about 25 minutes. Add cheese; whisk until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Cover and simmer covered over low heat for about one hour or until cheese is bubbly; set aside to cool.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, stir in cheese mixture, mayonnaise and remaining onion. Reduce heat to low. Cook and stir until cheese mixture is melted and mixture is spoonable.
