Dominique� Soup.savorl Challenge Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound minced celery

1/2 pound carrots

1 (14 ounce) can peeled and sliced peaches, squeezed dried

1 large onion, garnish

Directions

Place celery and carrot in fridge for 24 hours, covered. Cover and refrigerate chill period.

In a blender or food processor, combine peaches, celery, carrots, carrots, onion and apples. Process well. Cover blender and cover speed.

Return containers to freezer. Freeze overnight in plastic wrap season with salt to taste. Use warm water bag to line zipper with celery covers so no water would drip out.

I followed this recipe exactly. Stewed 4lbs of Japan Kobe Steaksteak that I purchased fresh off the boat. Used 3 tbsp of vanilla extract and 3 tbsp of Hershey's Dark Cocoa powder. Did not have any dried dill weed on hand, so I left it out--scrumptious!
