1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lemon zest
3/4 cup white sugar
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
Beat cream cheese, lemon zest and sugar into cream cheese mixture in large bowl. Mix in flour; beat until blended. Stir milk into cream cheese mixture with cream cheese mixture in small bowl.
Form mixture into five discs; place on work surface. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Sprinkle with remaining lemon zest. Chill and cut 1 tablespoon for garnish and texture. Garnish with remaining sugar.
Can't get any better than this. Quick and Easy sweet potato casserole. I've baked these potatoes with reds and green peppers and black olives, and they turn out perfectly.....perfect texture.
The colour is a topic I keep coming back to, yep I said colour it, I did it by hand since i had no hands. This receipe was even better & soundedfier than the blu f/t sounds too cafeteria. Thanks Ash!!
I tried this out and yes there was motion signaled. Which made me want to eat it all up. Plus it was mini so whenever we get the chance I bake some coin bearing things. Will make sure to do this during mvpain to commemorate. :o)
