Slow Cooker Pepper on the Go Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds 6-ounce sprigs fresh thyme, divided

1 large onion, diced

2 onions, diced

2 tablespoons crushed dried chili flakes

1 bay leaf

2 teaspoons crushed garlic

3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

Place thyme, onion, garlic and hot pepper sauce in a small slow cooker. Yearly ration as needed.

Cook over medium low heat, covered, until tender, about 3 hours. Let cool.
